Who we are

This website is operated by DataObserve LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“DataObserve”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact us. It does not cover products we provide to customers under a separate agreement; those are governed by that agreement.

Information you give us

When you contact us, for example through our contact page or by email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, work email, company, role and the content of your message. Messages sent through the contact form are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) service, Zoho CRM, so that we can respond and follow up.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. This website does not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your enquiry, to provide information you request about our products, to evaluate job applications you send us, to operate and secure this website, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and this website (such as hosting, email and CRM providers), when required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction. Service providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

Where information is processed

Our service providers may store and process information in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States and India.

Retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
